The next stage of consultation on the controversial issue of landlord licensing has now started.
The Council will be holding three consultation meetings with Landlords and Lettings Agents, with the objective of seeing whether ‘….you think anti-social behaviour is a problem linked to private rented homes and what you would like to see done’.
At these meetings, Enfield Housing Officers will present on the Council’s efforts to reduce anti-social behaviour around private rented homes and improve local neighbourhoods. You will then be able to give your views both on the presentation and the licensing proposal.
Details of the meetings are:
1 – Tuesday 11 February 2014, 2pm – 5pm at Trinity at Bowes, Palmerston Road, Palmers Green N22 8RA.
2 – Wednesday 12 February 2014, 2pm – 5pm at Green Towers, Plevna Road, Edmonton, London, N9 0BU.
3 – Wednesday 12 February 2014, 6pm – 9pm at Green Towers, 7 Plevna Road, Edmonton, London, N9 0BU.
