Following completion of the consultation process, The Housing Teamat Enfield Council have put together a formal proposal which will be presented for decision at the Council Cabinet Meeting on Wednesday 9th April (Agenda Item 7).
Belvoir Enfield are currently reviewing the proposal and the Final Draft Licensing Conditions document so that if the proposal is accepted, we are in a positison to update our clients and provide reassurance that their properties remain in safe hands with Belvoir Enfield.
We will also be able to provide advice and guidance to other Landlords, particularly those who are self-managing, so that they do not fall foul of the new regulations.
