Ok now I could never be described as a Trekkie but I recently registered on NASA’s ‘Spot the Station’ website. This site not only tells you all about space station missions, launches, exhibitions, crews etc but will also send you alerts to tell you when the space station is in your area! How cool?!
As the brightest star in the sky, if you know when to look up you are likely to be able to see the space station, but if you look from a dark spot with a good pair of binoculars you can not only see the station but actually make out the shape of the solar panels!!
Now, I’m waiting eagerly for my first alert but don’t relish the idea of getting out of bed in the middle of the night to sit by the window and wait, binoculars in hand.
However, while looking through the Internet for local investment opportunities, I came across this two bedroom flat in Autumn Close, Enfield, EN1 on the market with The Property Tree, which might just be the answer to my problem!
At £225,000 this flat has been very well maintained, tastefully decorated and is ready to let immediately. With a potential rental value of £1,150 – £1,200pcm, that could lead to a gross yield of 6.5% which isn’t bad at all.
But the main reason this flat caught my eye is the velux window in the bedroom. Just imagine you get an alert from NASA in the middle of the night, what do you do?
Don’t panic. Just reach for the binoculars, lie back and wait…………..
