My motto is ‘A happy home makes for happy tenants and happy landlords.
For new properties, I arrange the photo shoots, the particulars, the viewings and tenant selection.
For existing properties, I carry out inspections (pop-ins) and over-see all maintenance.
I check-in regularly with our tenants and keep our landlords up to date with the progress of their tenancies.
I have nearly 20 years’ experience in lettings most of it in South Africa, where the rules and regulations are a little different! In my spare time I do like a good puzzle, a glass of wine, and watching my son risk life and limb on the rugby pitch.
