Members of the team at Belvoir Grantham are currently celebrating being voted by landlords as Best Letting Agent in Lincolnshire at this year’s prestigious Estate Agency of the Year Awards (ESTAS) 2020.
Manager Carly French says: “We are absolutely over the moon that our landlords took the time and trouble to provide so many fantastic customer reviews for Belvoir Grantham in the ESTAS 2020.
“The ESTAS is very special as the awards are all decided on the number of fantastic online reviews an agent receives and knowing how much our landlords have appreciated the services that we offer is amazing. All of the team have worked so hard, particularly during the lockdown period, so winning this superb accolade of Best Letting Agent in Lincolnshire is a real boost to everyone’s morale”.
In a first for the industry this year’s ESTAS were announced online via a live YouTube broadcast that was watched by over 1,500 agents and suppliers. We were so excited when TV celebrity Phil Spencer from the TV show Location, Location, Location called out Belvoir Grantham’s name as a winner! On presenting the awards Phil said: “It says a great deal about a property firm who takes part in the ESTAS. They care about their reputation, and they care about their customers. To win an ESTA is the highest accolade a firm can receive in our industry.”
Business at Belvoir Grantham is now very much back to normal, as Carly explains: “Belvoir Grantham provides a rental and estate agency service to Grantham and the surrounding area from our town centre premises based on St. Peter’s Hill. We are very much open as normal now, although we are of course adhering to covid-safety regulations and so we are operating an appointment only scheme for people visiting the office. The rental market in Grantham is extremely busy at the moment, as people emerge from lockdown looking for a new home, perhaps deciding they need somewhere bigger or require an outdoor space.
