Hannah Laccohee – Property Manager
Hannah joined the company in September 2019 and has taken over as Property Manager from Arthur Brown*. Hannah has relevant experience from her previous role dealing with property maintenance issues and coordinating repairs. Hannah prides herself on excellent customer service and administration and feels she can utilise her problem solving skills in our fast paced customer facing environment. Hannah will work alongside Leanne in the property management department and day to day tasks include ensuring the properties are well maintained, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently and all Tenants are happy and content in their home.

James Cotterill – Apprentice Estate Agent Administrator
James joined Belvoir Grantham in September 2019 as the new apprentice estate agent administrator and negotiator in the sales department with a keen interest in property. James attended Sixth form at Priory Ruskin Academy studying Business Politics and History at A-level. His key roles are primarily in assisting Sales Manager Rob in all the property sales affairs including meeting clients, assist with viewings, booking appointment and other day to day requirements.
