What is your favourite thing about your job? Meeting new people and matching them to their new homes
What does your job entail? Viewings, undertaking negotiations between landlords and tenants and coordination of all tenancy paperwork in preparation for tenancy sign up
Describe your average day in 150 words or less. I start the day by checking emails and responding to any queries. I arrange viewings for properties on the Belvoir Castle Estate as well as for our Grantham properties. I will then chase up any outstanding references required before starting a new tenancy, I prepare all required documentation in readiness for tenancy sign ups and conduct the sign up appointments. Drinking tea & eating biscuits helps me get through my busy days!
