Carly started her career with Belvoir in August 2012 originally as a New Business Mentor at Belvoir's Central Office. In February 2013 she took over as Branch Manager of the Grantham Branch and in May 2024, along with her Husband Lee French become the proud owner of the Belvoir Grantham Franchise. With over 18 years' experience, Carly has an invaluable insight into all aspects of the industry and as an Award winning, growing and fast paced business Carly is committed to both customer service and staff development. Carly has also been awarded Employee of the Year at the Grantham Journal Business Awards 2023. As Director, she is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
