Lee co-owns the Belvoir Grantham Franchise alongside his wife Carly French and together they are responsible for all aspects of the Franchise. Lee has extensive knowledge in several areas including compliance, management and operations. Lee currently holds a position as a Safety & Compliance Lead in the food manufacturing industry and will continue in this role however he is dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of the Business.
