Cancellation
For both Fully managed & Let only service – If the property is withdrawn before a tenant is found a charge of up to £390.00 will be made to cover costs incurred.

In the event that the tenant defaults, Belvoir Harrogate will cover 100% the rent and all legal costs involved including court attendance
