Schedule a Viewing

Our team is well-trained to assist you in finding your perfect home. The more information you provide, the better they can help you in your property search. Once you’ve identified a potential property, contact our team to enquire about the availability for viewing the property.

Go To The Viewing

During the viewing, keep a few tips in mind. Take your time, and explore everything at your own pace. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have, so plan them out beforehand and, if necessary, arrange for a second look.

Apply For The Property

If you decide that a property suits your needs, inform a team member promptly. They will then send you questions to answer on a ‘Note Of Interest Form’. This highlights your offer in writing, so we can go on to present this to the Landlord. Complete this form promptly to avoid missing out on the property.

Offer

Once we receive positive feedback from the landlord, we will promptly notify you of your successful application. We will discuss your confirmed start date, email your tenancy confirmation, and request the deposit to be completed.

Submitted For Referencing

Once your offer has been accepted by the landlord, we will set you up for referencing by a third-party professional company, Let Alliance. This process includes various checks, such as employment verification, landlord references, and a thorough examination of your credit score. Refer to our referencing page for tips on successfully passing this stage.

Getting Prepared

Once you have successfully passed referencing, you will be sent over your tenancy agreement and other essential documents to review. Once you are happy, you will be able to digitally sign them. Before moving in, ensure you have paid your damage deposit so you’re all ready to go!

Move-In Day!

On move-in day, arrange a visit to the office to collect your keys. We will perform a right to rent check, where we will have to take copies of your photo ID for our records. Please note, we are unable to release keys if we haven’t been able to perform the right to rent check for all tenants. You will need to sign a key receipt to confirm you have received your keys, and you will be sent your inventory report. You have seven days to make any amendments to this. Now all that is left to do is settle into your new home!
