Belvoir Lettings Agency Kettering and Desborough is pleased to announce our recent employment of Sally Machin, who was previously the Lettings Manager at Simpson & Partners in Kettering.
Sally will manage client account, tenant arrears, tenancy agreements and ensuring Belvoir Lettings’ quality standards are met.
Sally says, “I have 14 years experience in lettings, starting as admin/neg in Beaconsfield, Bucks, then joined a corporate agent in Kettering and was there for 9 years working my way up to Branch Manager Lettings. I also took ARLA exams throughout my time there.
I then joined another agent and built up a portfolio of properties and I had a good relationship with my landlords. My main focus is customer service to build long term relationships with landlords.
In 2006 I was shortlisted as one of 6 letting agents in the Midlands area based on a survey carried out by the Daily Mail newspaper. My landlords were sent out questionnaires based on customer service.”
