Martine’s career in property has come full circle. She began by negotiating section 106s within property development to then becoming a sales manager for a small independent agency. Moving on, she spent several years with a corporate agency before being headhunted to join Belvoir as Branch Manager. Martine’s academic background includes a BA hons in Business Management & Marketing where her final dissertation focused on regulating the estate agency industry. Interestingly, Belvoir was part of her research!
Martine oversees the Corby office, managing both the lettings and sales departments. Her role is dynamic, with each day bringing something new. Her responsibilities range from addressing customer queries, problem-solving, conducting valuations, working with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants, to collaborating closely with solicitors to ensure smooth sales progression.
In her free time, Martine enjoys spending time with her family and her cocker spaniels. She’s also passionate about travel, with dream destinations like Montenegro and Croatia topping her bucket list.
