During these uncertain times, some of our landlords have already benefited from this policy when their tenants have been unable to pay rent. This can be for a number of reasons including illness, job losses, breaks ups, the frightening cost of living and inflation at its highest in 20+ years
We are offering 50% off all rent guarantee policies taken up in October or November 2022. This takes the price down to just £18.00 pcm for the first 3 months for a property achieving rent up to £1000.00 pcm and £21.00 pcm for the first 3 months, for properties achieving rent over £1000.00 pcm.
(usual prices are £36.00 pcm for a rent under £1000.00 pcm and £42.00 pcm for a rent over £1000.00 pcm)

How to qualify?
To qualify for a policy, there must have been no rent arrears on the tenancy in the last 6 months – arrears defined as rent paid more than 31 days late in the last 6 months, the Tenant has to have been referenced through Let Alliance and agreed.
Please note, if we do not manage your property or collect your rent, we will require a 12 month policy paid upfront and in full.
