Bold new look for Belvoir

As part of our new and exciting plans to refresh the Belvoir brand, we will launch a new design for our To Let boards in a nationwide campaign next month.

The distinctive new board – with a ‘cut out’ exclamation mark included in our company’s logo – will appear outside Belvoir-managed properties from September 1, 2010.

The Innovative To Let Board Design

We decided to create the new To Let boards in a bid to make a national impact with a fresh, new and innovative design, which would be memorable to both landlords and tenants.

Over 3,500 eye-catching new boards will replace the former white and red boards, which have been in use by the company since 2002.

“The new updated design reflects Belvoir’s contemporary, modern brand and shows our commitment to the Lettings Industry because of the significant investment in our To Let boards, which are still one of the most popular marketing tools for our customers,” says Belvoir’s Marketing Co-ordinator Reena Patel. “We worked with our franchise owners to create this design and the whole network is proud of the new board which will hopefully have a positive impact on our businesses.”

Sustainable Practices – Recycling the Former Boards

We are now looking at various environmentally responsible proposals for recycling the former boards – including the possibility of turning the plastic content into plant pots and milk crates.

The launch of the new To Let boards is the latest in a long line of recent initiatives from Belvoir who are working hard to reinforce our commitment to the development of the Belvoir brand.

Belvoir’s Managing Director Dorian Gonsalves says the new To Let boards are part of a brand refresh rather than a redesign. “The design of our To Let board has not changed since 2002, and while we believe brand consistency is key, we also want to show we are a modern and evolving company,” he says. “This new design is different to those of any other agent and provides us with great ‘stand out’ appeal and visibility.”
