- Gas Safety – £70.00 (including VAT)
- Let Only – 60% of one month’s rent (+ VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy.
- Letting & Rent Collection – £175 (£210 including Vat) set up cost plus 7.5% (9% including Vat) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received
- Full Management – £175 (£210 including Vat) set up cost plus 10% (12% including Vat) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
- Inventory Preparation – £120.00 (including VAT) or included in the above service options
- Professional Hourly Rate – £60.00 (including VAT)
- Re-Signing Fee – £175 (£210 including Vat) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
- Tenant Move Out Fee – £180.00 (including VAT) or included in the above service options
- Cancellation Fee – £300.00 (including VAT)
- Energy Performance Certificate – £75.00 (including VAT)
