They say a picture is worth a thousand words and Belvoir Lettings is proud to announce the launch of the company’s first professionally produced corporate video. The four-minute film was created to promote brand Belvoir and the services that are offered to landlords and tenants.
“The video was professionally produced by film director Oliver Holt and his team who completely succeeded with the creative brief that they were given,” says Belvoir CEO Dorian Gonsalves. “The film really captures the look and feel of our brand, as well as the ethos of Belvoir’s core principles.
“The aim of the video was to inform people what Belvoir Lettings is, why it is important to use a specialist agent and why we think Belvoir is the best agent for the job. Belvoir is a real ‘people business’ and it is not always possible for a brochure or press release to express the commitment, passion and enthusiasm of our franchise owners. This video allows the passion for our work to shine through and the feedback from the network is very positive.
“The film has contributions from several Belvoir franchise owners from all over the country, as well as Belvoir clients. I am confident that this fantastic innovation will provide excellent promotion for all our offices, and is another example of Belvoir’s continued investment in marketing.”
Belvoir marketing manager Reena Patel says: “Filming took place over several days at different locations across the country including Belvoir shops, rental properties and Central Office in Grantham. The finished result is stunning and we think it is the best in the industry. This film will definitely make Belvoir offices stand out from every other agent.
