In this Workshop we will be primarily focusing on growing your Pension through Property Investment.
As of April 2015, if you are a member of a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme and aged over 55 you will be able to draw money from it as and when you see fit. You can receive a cash free sum of anywhere up to 25% of the amount you take, you will then have the freedom to access either some or all of the remaining amount as income (taxable at your marginal rate of income tax). If you want to access all of the money in your Pension, you will be able to take it as a lump sum.
This change will allow Pensioners to explore different investment opportunities available to them should that be; property investment, bonds, shares etc.

Andrew has extensive experience working with Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and high net worth individuals. He is a highly respected figure in the financial world. Andrew founded Franklyn Financial Management in 1996 and in 1998 was asked to join St. James Place Wealth Management. The St. James’s Place Wealth Management is an elite group, made up of some of the most experienced, able and highly-regarded professionals working in financial services today.
During this workshop Andrew will explain the Pension reform and discuss the opportunities available to you as well as discussing the pros and cons of these.
