Hi, my name is Hannah, I am the senior property administrator at Belvoir Lincoln and I have worked here for 17 years, in that time I have primarily handled all tenancy related documents, including drafting tenancy agreements, conducting thorough tenant background checks and managing lease renewals and terminations, however I have also worked within the maintenance department carrying out routine property visits and dealing with tenant maintenance issues. Most recently, I have become trained in the day to day running of the accounts department.  I strive to create positive relationships with all parties involved while prioritising the interests and needs of both property owners and tenants alike. I am committed to providing exceptional service, I take pride in supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
