Hi, I’m Jo. I am the new Property Inspections Officer at Belvoir, Lincoln and I have worked here since July 2024. My main role involves carrying out 6 monthly inspections of the tenanted properties, documenting my findings, and sending this to the landlord and the tenant, along with suggestions of any repair or maintenance issues that need addressing, liaising with contractors if required and forwarding on tenants concerns to the landlord. I also work in the office answering calls and dealing with enquiries, registering interested parties on the system and booking in viewings. I am still new to Belvoir, Lincoln but I am enjoying my role and in time, am keen to learn other areas of the business as well, so I can assist my colleagues and develop my skills.
