Liverpool’s HMRC tax office block to be turned into flats by social landlord
The vacant HMRC building is set to be taken over by a social landlord who plans to turn the old building into over 200 one and two bedroom homes.
With the change in bedroom tax laws it is anticipated that the demand for one bedroom properties will increase.
