Includes Belvoir Liverpool Prescot Services as detailed in the specific Landlord Terms of Business: receiving and processing rent payments, providing a monthly statement of income and expenditure, conducting interim property visits and preparing and issuing a property inspection report inclusive of photo’s, coordination of Landlord’s Gas Safety Checks if applicable, arranging for maintenance and repairs as applicable, after hours emergency line for tenants, serving and receiving of legal notices, dealing with general tenancy issues.

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all our fees. In accordance with consumer legislation it is quoted as included in the prices stated above.
