Award nomination for Belvoir’s Liverpool offices
Belvoir Lettings are proud to announce that their Liverpool offices have been nominated for an award.
Following a successful year, the teams at Liverpool West Derby, Liverpool Central, Liverpool South and Liverpool Prescot have been put forward for the Liverpool Lifestyle Awards in the category of Best Letting Agency for 2012.
“I think it’s fantastic that Belvoir have been nominated for this award,” says the proprietor of the Belvoir Liverpool West Derby office, Adam Rastall. “It’s great to be recognised for the hard work that we do and I feel very proud.
“I know there’s a lot of competition in the Liverpool area but I’d love Belvoir to win because we offer an excellent service. Feedback from landlords is very good and we’re often told how happy they are with the work that we do for them. Because the awards are voted for online by the public, it would be a honour to win as this would basically be an endorsement from our customers who can vote for us at http://www.liverpoollifestyleawards.co.uk/.
“If Belvoir were crowned the Best Letting Agency in Liverpool for 2012, I’d be ecstatic,” continues Adam. “I’d be really pleased – not only for myself, but for my staff and the other Belvoir offices too. We work very hard and it would be fantastic to be recognised and rewarded for that. Plus, winning would help increase our profile in the local community and give us an opportunity to shout about the good work that we do and the excellent levels of service we offer at Belvoir.”

The award ceremony and black tie dinner, due to be hosted by writer, comedian and actor Neil Fitzmaurice, will take place at the prestigious Crowne Plaza Hotel on the 23rd February.
