Put your trust in professional lettings agents in Liverpool and the UK

A CAMPAIGN is being launched this week aimed at reminding tenants in Liverpool that they are much safer – in every sense of the word – dealing with a reputable letting agents who upholds the industry’s standards.

The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) is hitting the small screen with a television advert which tells renters that they should choose a licensed agent when looking for a property.

These will only deal with reputable landlords in Liverpool whose properties are safe and fit for habitation, and they handle clients’ money in an honest, professional way. The adverts are being screened on ITV4, Home, Sky Atlantic, Sky Livingit and Discovery Home & Health.

Ian Potter, managing director of ARLA, said: “Millions of tenants rely on the private rented sector for their homes, and using an ARLA member is the best way to ensure you are dealing with a professional agent.

“As well as offering the best possible advice, the ARLA code of conduct also gives tenants peace of mind and a route to redress if anything does go wrong.”

This year all lettings agents in England and Wales will be required to belong to a ‘consumer redress’ scheme such as the one run by The Property Ombudsman (TPO), which provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes.

As Belvoir Liverpool Central and Liverpool West Derby are leading agents in the area, you can trust that we are members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and we require all of our staff to be trained up to the highest levels in our sector.
