Grant started the Belvoir Franchise in January 2003. He has been in the property industry since his early twenties and made his first buy-to-let purchase in the late nineties, meaning he is able to fully understand the needs and requirements that landlords have. He has also worked in insurance, international financing, leasing and accounting. With his excellent team, but in the early years on his own, Grant has built the business to manage hundreds of properties.
