Book Valuation

Fully Managed Service

New Tenancy Fee £600 inc. VAT (£500 + VAT) (inc. Referencing, AST, Deposit Registration)

Monthly Management Fee: 12% inc. VAT (10% + VAT) Inventory from £90 to £150 inc VAT dependent on size of property/furnishings etc

Part Managed Service

New Tenancy Fee £600 inc. Vat (£500 +VAT) (inc Referencing, AST, Deposit Registration)

Monthly Management Fee 9% inc. VAT (7.5%+VAT) Inventory from £90 to £150 inc VAT dependent on size of property/furnishings etc

Self Managed Service

Tenant Find Fee 100% of First Months Rent + VAT (120% of First Months Rent inc. VAT)

£800 minimum (varies according to property size and monthly rental value) (inc Referencing, AST, Deposit Registration)

Other fees that could be charged include:

Inventory from £90 to £150 inc. VAT dependent on size of property/furnishings etc.
Energy Performance Certificate £65 (£54.17 + VAT)
Gas Safety Certificate £85 (£70.83 + VAT) Hourly Rate £120 (£100+VAT)
