Where Full Management service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions), a fee of £480 will continue to be payable.
A withdrawal fee of £90 plus the cost of any safety certificates, maintenance or other work carried out to the point of withdrawal, will be charged in the event of a Let being agreed verbally but prior to the tenancy agreement being signed. This is to cover the costs incurred by the agent in obtaining references, attending viewings and travel expenses.
