Tenant Find:
One Month’s Rent (plus VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.
Full Management:
Letting Fee of £399.00 (plus VAT) £478 ( Inclusive of VAT ) and Management Fee of 12% (plus VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
Other Charges
Inventory preparation fee:
£75.00 (plus VAT) £90 ( inclusive of VAT ) payable for each tenancy introduced by The Agent.
Legionella Risk Assessment fee:
£25.00 (plus VAT) £30 ( inclusive of VAT )
Deposit Registration fee
£25.00 (plus VAT) £30 ( inclusive of VAT ) payable for each tenancy introduced by The Agent (payable every 12 month for existing tenancy)
Insurance claim handling fee:
10% (plus VAT) of cost of works before VAT.
Renewal fee:
£75.00 (plus VAT) £90 ( inclusive of VAT ) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
Archived Information fee
£25.00 (plus VAT) £30 ( inclusive of VAT ) payable for information required for a tenancy prior to current. Duplicate Statements charged at £5.00 (plus VAT) per copy provided.
Introduction of purchaser fee:
1.5% (inc VAT) of the final sale price

Post Letting Service

Cancellation
Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of £500.00 (plus VAT) £600 ( inclusive of VAT ) will continue to be payable. We will require at least two tenancy months’ notice from the rent due date.
