Full Management:
Letting Fee of £399.00 (plus VAT) £478 ( Inclusive of VAT ) and Management Fee of 12% (plus VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

Inventory preparation fee:
£120 (plus VAT) £144 ( inclusive of VAT ) – £199 (plus VAT) £239 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each tenancy introduced by The Agent.
Legionella Risk Assessment fee:
£60 (plus VAT) £72 ( inclusive of VAT )
Deposit Registration fee
£30 (plus VAT) £36 ( inclusive of VAT ) payable for each tenancy introduced by The Agent (payable every 12 month for existing tenancy)
Professional Fee
Hourly rate £60 (plus VAT) £72 (inclusive of VAT)
Insurance claim handling fee:
12% (plus VAT) of cost of works before VAT.
Renewal fee:
£150 (plus VAT) £180 ( inclusive of VAT ) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
Archived Information fee
£30 (plus VAT) £36 ( inclusive of VAT ) payable for information required for a tenancy prior to current. Duplicate Statements charged at £5.00 (plus VAT) per copy provided.
Introduction of purchaser fee:
1.5% (inc VAT) of the final sale price
Inventory Check (including damage report):
£100.00 (plus VAT) £120 ( inclusive of VAT )

Cancellation
Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of £500.00 (plus VAT) £600 ( inclusive of VAT ) will continue to be payable. We will require at least two tenancy months’ notice from the rent due date.
Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT
Commissions
We may also receive commissions from Insurance companies, Referencing companies, Utility providers and others.
