Our emergency lines are there to be contacted if you have no other way of contacting Belvoir outside of our opening hours. In the first instance all maintenance should be reported via the fix flo maintenance link, should the issue not get resolved from here, please the proceed to messaging or calling our emergency maintenance mobile on 07957662948. Please provide as much information on the message or voicemail as possible for a member of the team to investigate the issue and ensure the right steps are carried out. If there is a water leak please ensure you turn off the water at the stop cock or isolate at the closest point to the leak.
If the issue is related to plumbing, including boilers and gas issues please call John at Boiler Care Plus on 07712115688. This is a last case resort and should only be used in an emergency.
If the issues is related to being locked out please call First Access Lock Smiths on 0115 967 6466
Please note if a tenant report a maintenance as an emergency to Boiler Care Plus and they attend and find it is not an emergency, you as the tenant may be liable for the increased charge if it could have been resolved during working hours.
