Belvoir Melton wins Gold Award and is officially the best in town!
The team at Belvoir Melton Mowbray are proud winners of the Best Letting Agent in Melton Mowbray at the 2020 British Property Awards whilst retaining the title of Best Sales Agent.
“We were recently mystery shopped by a judging team from the British Property Awards, and we were absolutely delighted to discover that, as a result of this, our office has won Gold for Best Letting Agent in Melton,” says Charlotte Baker, who runs Burton Street business with fellow franchisees Katie Archer and Graham Croft.
“In addition, because we won Gold for Best Sales Agent in Melton last year; an award that is not being judged in 2020 because of Covid, we currently hold the double title of Best Letting Agent and Best Sales Agent in Melton Mowbray!
“We are over the moon to have received some fantastic feedback from the judges on how the mystery shopping calls were dealt with. The calls were all answered by Katie Archer and Gill Bland, so we’re very grateful to them. The judges remarked how helpful they were and how much they went out of their way to do more than expected.
“We are aware that some clients may be finding it difficult to come into the office during the pandemic, but we hope that this feedback shows that despite all the new rules, they can rely on us to be professional and approachable, whilst also ensuring that everyone remains safe and feels welcome. It’s been a difficult year for everyone, so winning the title of Best Letting Agent in Melton Mowbray is a real boost to us all.”
