We make every effort to ensure that tenants are treated fairly, courteously and with respect at all times.
We also believe that our processes and fees are scrupulously fair and reasonable.
We are members of Propertymark, Propertymark and TPOS.
All client funds are held in a statutory trust client account, and we maintain a Client Money Protection (CMP) policy.
Deposits are registered with the DPS custodial scheme – except in a very small number of cases where the landlord prefers a different but still Govt approved deposit protection scheme.
