Belvoir Lettings Northwich has scooped its second award in short succession from The British Property Awards – this time achieving the Bronze Award for customer service. Over 100 agents in the Cheshire region were mystery shopped with Belvoir coming out on top. The award was based on customer service in terms of: speed of response, willingness to help, politeness and local knowledge.
Belvoir is now being put forward to the National Awards.
