Six Belvoir offices win top awards and network scoops Gold at ESTAS 2013
Belvoir Lettings is incredibly pleased to announce that six Belvoir offices have won top awards at the ESTAS 2013. In addition, the Belvoir network won the coveted Gold Award for Large Lettings Chain in the first year it has ever entered as a national chain
The prestigious Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAs) 2013 took place on 19th April and were hosted by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a lavish luncheon & ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane London attended by 600 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents and suppliers to the industry.
“We are absolutely delighted and very honoured that Belvoir won Gold for Large Lettings Chain and that we were the only agent with six regional awards,” said Dorian Gonsalves, CEO of Belvoir.
“Many congratulations to Denise Rhodes of Belvoir Paisley who won Silver for the Scottish region, Rosemary and Andrew Millican of Belvoir Macclesfield who won Bronze for the North West region, Rosie Callaway of Belvoir Rugby who won Bronze for the West Midlands, Lee Durrant and Jenna Bryenton of Belvoir Ipswich who won Silver for the East of England, Zoe Bywater of Belvoir Bedford who won the Bronze Award for the East of England region, and Glenn Wakeham of Belvoir Guildford who won Silver in the South East (South) region.
“ESTAs are awarded based on feedback from customers, and many of our offices asked their customers to fill out online and postal questionnaires to support their entries. This was then calculated into a score for each of the participating agents. As a group Belvoir achieved hundreds and hundreds of online reviews from our customers – and the feedback has been absolutely amazing.
“For so many people to have taken the time to talk about Belvoir’s great customer service is very gratifying.”
