Our letting agents had a look at the paperwork to see what was missing or needed altering and then arranged initial inspections at both properties. Of particular note at 10 Foxendale there was found to be the following maintenance issues: all 3 smoke alarms needed changing, there was no carbon monoxide alarm in the lounge with a gas fire, several taps were dripping, a curtain pole was loose and the ensuite bathroom had mould present.
