We have a very simple fee structure which consists of an initial fee of £549+Vat (£658.80 inc VAT) – Which covers all aspects of our service including advertising, tenant referencing, drawing up tenancy agreements & production of our Inventories.
Our managed percentage is typically 10% of the properties rental value, however this can be negotiated to tailor our service to suit your requirements & portfolio – please do call us to discuss.
