Extended viewing hours
Our extended viewing hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property. In fact over 40% of our viewings are carried out after work and at weekends and we accompany all viewings to ensure we can use our expertise to let your property.
DVD inventories
Belvoir are the only company to provide DVD inventories to landlords, which prove beyond doubt the presence and degree of any dilapidations when tenants vacate a property, whilst ensuring a fair resolution for all parties.
Additionally, we carry out property inspections with date and time stamped images of every room – providing proof of attendance and condition of the property.
Pro-active Management
We include quarterly visits as part of our management package, which is twice as many as most competitors. We also attend two further visits within the first month of the contract, to iron out any teething issues and a pre-move out inspection to highlight any areas of concern which, if left unattended, could lead to deductions from a tenant’s deposit.
Not only does this lead to less dilapidations at the end of the tenancy but it also leaves less work for the landlord to do between tenancies and offers a greater likelihood of full deposit returns to vacating tenants.
Monthly Newsletter and Industry Updates
Our customers have the option to receive monthly newsletters, in which we cover industry news, news stories, facts and figures from within the industry and also competitions.
We are also able to use our newsletter platform to inform our landlords of any offers, updates and reminders that may be important to them.
Professionalism
For our client’s peace of mind, we are members of The Property Ombudsman, The Propertymark Scheme, Safe Agent Fully Endorsed and we comply with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. These memberships provide landlords and tenants with an assurance that they will receive the highest level of customer service.
