Some agents expect landlord’s to wait weeks or even months to receive rental income which has been paid promptly by tenants. However, at Belvoir Paisley, we pay our landlords their rent the same working day that it becomes cleared funds in our account.
Belvoir are members of the Propertymark Scheme (Propertymark) and founder members of the UK Safe Agent Scheme this means that all our client monies are held in statutory trust client accounts which are kept completely separate from our trading account. Client monies (rents etc.) are NEVER used in the day to day running of the business and therefore we have no interest in hanging on to them!
