Newsflash: Unvaccinated movers now face stricter rules

The government has recently updated its COVID advice for unvaccinated home-movers, stating they now cannot move home if someone they live with has tested positive for the virus without breaking the law. This update applies to both tenants, sellers and buyers.

Those who are vaccinated are only advised to stay home after a positive lateral flow test. However, it says: “You are strongly advised to take a Lateral Flow Device test every day for seven days, and to self-isolate if any of these test results is positive.”
