First up you need to take a look at all our available properties here. When deciding which one is the best option for you, consider all of your priorities such as terrace house or apartment, number of bedrooms, parking availability, access to rear garden and public transport links in and around the city. Make sure to read all the fine details such as size, location, availability rent and rent per calendar month and match it against your available budget.

Once you’ve found the property that meets your requirements contact one of our team and we will arrange a viewing for you. We try to accommodate viewings as best we can which can be evenings or weekends. If getting to Peterborough is difficult we try to accommodate by providing a video tour to help you get a better picture of the place.

When at the viewing there’s a few top tips to bear in mind. Don’t feel pressured by our agent, take your time and explore everything you can. This is your time to ask any questions you may have, so plan them out before you go and if necessary, arrange to go back for a second look.

As soon as you know you want the property let a member of the team know. They will then send you some questions for you to answer and following on from this we will see if your application is accepted by the landlord subject to referencing. Once confirmation you have been accepted by the landlord you will receive application forms from Let Alliance.

Once an application is submitted, we then pass you for full referencing by a 3rd party professional company, let alliance. This is made up of a range of checks such as verifying your employment, collecting landlord reference, taking an in depth look at your credit score and completing the right to rent check where required.

Before you move in you need to digitally sign the tenancy agreement prior to moving in and pay the move in monies. The monies include the first months rent and the damage deposit.

On move in day, arrange a time to visit the office to collect keys. We will confirm with you that everything is signed and then you can head off to see your new home.
