1) Let Only Service
75 % plus VAT of the first months rent* or £718.80 (inclusive of VAT) whichever is greater payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent. Payable at the commencement of a tenancy.
*If the monthly rental is £800.00 you will pay a fee of £720.00 inclusive of VAT

 

2) Full Management Service
£599.00 plus VAT (£718.80 inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent
Plus 12 % of the rent plus VAT, of the rent deducted as received and payable for all gross rents due*
*If the monthly rental is £800.00 you will pay a fee of £115.20 inclusive of VAT

The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

*If the works costs £2500.00 you will pay a fee of £300.00 inclusive of VAT

Minimum Fee

Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service, the Agent will charge, and the Landlord will pay, a fee based upon 2 WEEKS RENT PLUS VAT of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all our fees. In accordance with consumer legislation it is quoted as included in the prices stated above.

 

We also receive commissions from:

Contractors, Insurance companies, Referencing companies, Utility providers and others

These commissions will be included in the contractor invoice and by signing TOB you agree.

***If the invoice total is £100.00 you will pay a commission of £10.00 inclusive of VAT
