It will be located between Bramall Lane, St Mary’s Gate and Sheldon Street.
The 20-storey development split into sections to accommodate facilities for leisure, commercial and residential areas. The first floor will include professional service and a ‘business incubator’ to increase trade links between China and the UK. Whilst on the third floor there will be roughly 700 student flats, which will include mainly 30sqm studio rooms; as well as student cluster flats and micro-flats.
The project is predicted to open up hundreds of jobs, creating a large buzz in Sheffield’s property market.
