A festival will be held this month (October) to celebrate the growing community that makes its home in Sheffield city centre.
‘Inside Out’, on Saturday, October 25, aims to highlight the city centre as much more than a place to work and shop. It is designed to reflect the fact that 17,000 people now live within the inner ring road – and the population continues to grow.
Since 2006 Belvoir!
