The steely determination of a Sheffield letting agency has once again put them at the top of the rankings with nationwide lettings specialist, Belvoir.
Belvoir Sheffield’s, Rick Flay and his business partner Sarah Powell have, for the fourth year in succession, been recognised as ‘High Achievers’ in Belvoir’s annual awards scheme, collecting the title Belvoir Franchise of the Year 2010 Silver Award.
After opening their first office at 1 Paradise Square four years ago, Rick and Sarah have received a cavalcade of honours including New Franchise of the Year in 2007, and further Silver and Gold accolades in 2008 and 2009.
At this year’s awards ceremony, staged at the Belton Woods hotel in Grantham, Lincolnshire, Belvoir managing director Dorian Gonsalves, paid tribute to them both, saying:”Rick and Sarah run an absolute powerhouse of an office in Sheffield, achieving consistently high sales and growing their business base by offering local clients a top class, professional service.

After receiving their prize, Sarah Powell, as leading letting agent in Sheffield said: “We are really thrilled, having had a fantastic year, with plenty of repeat business, despite the economic downturn.
