Belvoir Sheffield, the leading letting agent in Sheffield is gearing up for a busy day on 1 September 2010, as it prepares for an overhaul of its famous ‘To Let’ boards.
The office based on Campo Lane in Sheffield, will be amongst the 140 plus Belvoir offices spread throughout the UK to re-brand its ‘To Let’ boards with a unique, innovative and eye catching new design.
The new boards – over 3,500 in total – feature a ‘cut out’ exclamation mark within the
company’s logo, and they will be appearing all over the local area following their official launch.
All houses, flats and apartments managed by Belvoir around the Sheffield area will have the new distinctive design placed outside them.
Rick Flay, Director at Belvoir Sheffield, who offer a wide range of property to rent in Sheffield, said: “I am very excited about the introduction of the new board. It’s bright, eye-catching and different! The cut-out feature is inspired – it certainly makes our signs stand out from the rest and we are sure it will get Belvoir properties noticed!” he added.

Belvoir is currently looking at a variety of environmentally responsible proposals for recycling the existing boards – one possibility is that the plastic content will be recovered and turned into plant pots and milk crates!
