The new accreditation recognises the high standards of care and due diligence exercised by the Sheffield lettings specialist in its dealings with both tenants and landlords.
Backed by the UK government, the Propertymark scheme offers a benchmark for landlords and tenants to compare the standards of service they receive from residential letting agents. The newly introduced licensed firm nomination is awarded only to those agencies able to demonstrate exemplary trading practises. As a Propertymark licensed firm, Belvoir! The licensed firm denomination is the second honour to be bestowed upon the Sheffield letting agent in as many months. It recently scooped the coveted Gold Franchise of the Year Award, beating out 140 national offices for its work in the Sheffield property market.
