In March 2014 the average house price in Sheffield was £116,938, compared to £113,425 in March 2013. In April 2014 the average Sheffield house price was £116,950, compared to £113,232 in April 2013.
Far below the increases in house prices being reported in the media regarding house price increases in London and the South East, but good growth in the average Sheffield house price.
