Avant Homes is ready to introduce a £19.8 million development, which will consist of 58 new ‘innovatively designed’ homes, including properties from two and up to five-bedrooms.
The 6.7 acre project refered to as Sheafdale Grange is located on Hasting Road within Millhouses. Work on-site is already underway, opening up a large number of construction and sales jobs in the area over the next 12 months. It is expected that the first homes will be completed and ready for use in December 2016. The project is planned to be completed in it’s entirety by spring 2018.
Mark Mitchell, Avant Homes Yorkshires managing director has commented on the project saying ‘“ We are very pleased to have begun construction at Sheafdale Grange. This represents a significant investment for the business as we continue our land buying strategy of acquiring high quality sites in desirable locations, and gives us the platform for further growth as we build on the success of 2016 so far.
“Following the success of our last development in Sheffield, College Gardens, we knew that there was an appetite for high-quality new-build homes in this area. The early reaction to the site has been very positive, with over 100 people attending our recent preview evening, and lots of potential customers have already registered their interest in the development. With this level of demand it’s likely that many of the homes on the first phase will sell off-plan.”
