Belvoir Shropshire’s Buy to Let (B2L) Evening was an outstanding success.
Nearly 200 people came to Belvoir’s Buy to Let seminar, which was held in the Greenhous Meadow Football Stadium – the home of Shrewsbury Town FC – on Wednesday 17th April 2013.
Over two hours of presentations, guests heard from local and national property experts, and received investment advice. Paul Wallace-Tarry and Simon Bell, of Belvoir Shrewsbury and Belvoir Telford respectively, discussed their local markets. National property expert Kate Faulkner, of designsonproperty.co.uk, talked about the overall property market in England and Shropshire. Finally, Andrew Chatterton, Director of Franklyn Wealth Management, explained wealth management and investment issues.
