- Things tend to get quieter in the property market towards the end of the year. This is because buyers are busy making their own Christmas preparations and catching up with friends and family. They often put their property search on hold until the new year. Everyone wants to spend December sipping eggnog and munching on mince pies.
- It pays to have a firm target to work towards when you want to get something done. Having a Christmas deadline will motivate you and the others in your property chain to keep the process moving along.
